About a year ago I posted information about the launch of a new stem cell therapy for dogs ( Vet-Stem ). Since the launch Vet-Stem has treated more that 1800 dogs and more than 5,000 animals total. Vet-stem also recently announced that they will now be offering a cell culturing service.

Then in April 2008, we were told she had terminal cancer. In December, she had serious trouble breathing so we rushed her to the emergency vet again. It was a horrible night, but she made it through the night and recovered at our regular vet's. In 2007, she was diagnosed with pyothorax and was hospitalized for almost a week.
