Here are some myths: Falconry birds are essentially pets. When you see a falconer transporting their bird or walking with a group, the bird might be in a dark crate or hooded. All the training with the bird is based on positive reinforcement. I learned that I knew nothing of falconry. Falconers keep their birds in the dark.
