There's plenty of mostly uninhabited land in the Republic of Palau, in which humans can form the sanctuary, and regularly maintain and check up on. There are so many small uninhabited Pacific islands, that could be renovated into other tropical environments. What if we did this and put endangered great apes in the sanctuary?
