Their fragile homes, meager belongings and scant livestock attested to this, and yet the people seemed content with their lot in life. Even more so, was locating a family of Dusky Babblers , these rarely encountered birds occur mostly in inaccessible regions of South Sudan and northern Uganda, and this was my only lifebird of the trip.
