It only takes a little imagination to suppose that every bite of hamburger we eat is taking grain away from a hungry child in India. The eating of non-grain-eating animals, e.g., fish and wild game, is morally permissible on this view. Nobody wants existing animals to be slaughtered. Tags: Moral Vegetarianism.
