Tell me, what happens if we rip away hunting when hunting protects more wildlife land in Africa than national parks? But the story wasn’t really one about conservation.

To the Editor: In “ Hunting Deer With My Flintlock ” (Op-Ed, Dec. He says he hunts out of a need to take responsibility for his family, who evidently live where the supermarkets offer no meat. Who wiped out the wolves and mountain lions? Hunters like him. May I recommend a trip to a slaughterhouse?
