You get the idea at YouTube but the experience is vastly different on a great television. As I've written previously, I never pushed him to go vegan, and now that he is I don't push him to do any vegan education. Home reminded me of Winged Migration in a couple of ways: the sweeping cinematography and the score. But that's me.

Meditation on the Cheap

I do Transcendental Meditation and other kinds, as well, and recently I've been getting requests for good meditation resources that don't cost $2,500 for a mantra (like TM). We vegans have a lot of feelings associated with why we do what we do and I, for one, find it necessary to do a lot of work around my emotions.
