Other than these, in the wider region at the moment only Papua New Guinea has one 300+ hotspot, but it belongs to the Australian and not the Oriental region. The area is known for more than 600 bird species, of which 472 were eBirded by now: Cinereous Vulture , Pallas’s and Lesser Fish Eagles , Ibisbill , Wallcreeper , etc.
