The Dublin Dog Foundation (DDF) has partnered with Freedom Service Dogs, Inc. The DDF will be raising $20,000 for the training and care of a service dog (including medical bills, training and food) which will be donated to one lucky war vet from the FSD group. About The Dublin Dog Foundation.

Owen County Friends of Animals (KY) is a non-profit organization that fosters and seeks adoptions for the dogs picked up by their local dog warden. Dogs they can not place in foster care or find adoptive homes for are euthanized after 14 days by county ordinance. Their shelter is full.

Some poodles are vocal dogs, yipping almost incessantly. Then I noticed that several family members were also nursing bleeding wounds. During my six-month visit, Barb’s mother asked me if I could find out what happened to the little dog. I gave the shelter a call, expecting to hear the worst. Fizzle didn’t bark.
