Friday she showed me the new kitten she will be purchasing. It's a two-week old kitten from Kansas. Now, this kitten will have an excellent life with my division director. The other is also quite ill and will probably not last out the year. It would be so much cheaper than flying a cat in from another state.

Right before Christmas on December 23rd, orphan dogs and cats available for adoption visited the New York Stock Exchange to ring the closing bell and raise awareness for pet adoption! Also joining the group was the Iams Home 4 the Holidays Adoption Angel Jack with his adopted dog Jane (Jack adopted Jane from Bideawee in October).

The mascot for this year’s National Justice for Animals Week is Adam, a spunky black cat who was set on fire by two teenage girls in a vicious attack in Santa Rosa, California, as an eight-week-old feral kitten. Adam survived third-degree burns on 45% of his body and the case grabbed headlines around the world.
