I live in Seattle where Woodland Park Zoo is located. On the other hand, Friends of Woodland Park Zoo Elephants says they are not well-treated and should be in a sanctuary. I'm definitely open to feedback. Tags: conservation seattle woodland park zoo elephants endangered species.

Reintroduction efforts expanded to Arizona in 1996, and later, to the Baja California peninsula in Mexico.
