Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

She’s been spayed and her front paws have been declawed (I know that’s not a normal thing now, but back in the day that was fairly normal for people to do that to their cats). I’ve even been reaching out to shelters of north to see if they work with any shelters in the Houston for transporting animals to their shelters up north.
