Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

She’s been spayed and her front paws have been declawed (I know that’s not a normal thing now, but back in the day that was fairly normal for people to do that to their cats). I’ve reached out to about about a million shelters, all around the Houston area. She’s an older cat. She’s about 12 years old. She’s very talkative.
