" It affects the way we think about animals, and affects our views on animal cruelty. Imagine, for a second, that Chris Coffee owned tortoises instead of snakes. Imagine that the FWC raided his reptile facility and ruthlessly killed 35 of his tortoises. This is where I'd like to bring up "anthropomorphic bias."
