People ask me about my favorite story in the collection. Barb looked like the kind of woman who would own a pit bull or a German shepherd. It showed Fizzle, white fur gleaming, red bow in his topknot, sitting on the lap of a woman who, like Barb, looked as if she hadn’t lived an easy life.
