It lies adjacent to Nechisar National Park, where the lone wing of the mysterious Nechisar Nightjar was collected in 1990. Quality time was spent with a friendly Hamar family at their homestead of grass huts surrounding their cattle corral. However we had a much anticipated cultural highlight awaiting us, the celebrated Mursi people.
