I wish I had read this book. They complement Kricher’s text., Brujo Flycatcher is now a full species, split from Vermillion Flycatcher.

“A Little Bird Told Me” … Happy Birthday Charles Darwin

If you know a bit more than that about Darwin, you know that he totally messed up his collection of birds from the Galapagos Islands, and didn’t really think up Evolution until much later in time. However, this is not the case with the Galapagos Tortoises. In their habits I cannot point out a single difference.

Penguins: The Ultimate Guide — A Review by a Penguin Groupie

There is also a great deal of biological and ecological information encapsulated within De Roy’s experiences. Fortunately, the authors’ website, Roving Tortoise Photos , gives attribution for 55 photos from this book, so I can say that all three authors are indeed incredible photographers.
