Whales are cows. The point is, of course, that whales are not cows. Whales emerge from within the larger group of mammals that includes cattle, deer, pigs, camels, with camels being the most deeply rooted. (So Even though whales are cows. Cows do not. So go read that for sure, and revel in the excellent graphics.

4): There is a solution to at least some of the beef industry’s sustainability woes, and that is to raise cows in a pasture-based system. Finishing the cattle on grass is a far “greener” method. Specifically, the increasing meat-consumption trend could be reversed if consumers paid the true price for meat.
