Not all dogs were born with lush fur coats that keep off the winter chill. Breeds with very short fur like Chihuahuas, boxers and greyhounds may have a hard time keeping warm, making even brief walks uncomfortable. If you find a lost or stray pet, please call your local animal control or nearest animal shelter. Wipe Those Paws.

Dogs and cats are creatures of habit and can easily become frightened, aggressive or agitated by the unaccustomed sights and sounds of costumed visitors. Also, make sure all pets are wearing collars and ID tags in case they get spooked and escape your home or yard. Tags: guest post pet care. Candy is not a treat for our pets.
