TE is practiced by state and federal wildlife managers; but municipal TE needs to happen if the annihilation of native wildlife is to be significantly slowed. Ted not only did not call on anyone to poison cats but he pointed out that Tylenol is not registered for use in killing cats. Pretty standard.
