On the Edge.

10,000 Birds

Wildlife concentrates at the Floe Edge, and although we just missed Narwhal as pack ice moved in just after we arrived, the place was littered with Polar Bear. Hopefully a few photographs can help convey the experience. Trips Arctic Canada' Tracks dotted the ice, and we saw several, although mostly they were at a distance.

Once you manage to spell it correctly – which may take some time if my own Google experiences are any indication – you will find plenty of information online about the birds and the birding within this amazing park. Yes, around the same number of people live within two hours of the national park as in all of Canada.
