This is cattle country and it is actually fenced, which many parts of the Kimberley are not and you pass through Ruby Plains and then Carranya station to reach the crater. It is of course the food of the Night Parrot , but none were observed on this occasion! Camel bush. The rim trail. Grevillea wickhamii flowers. Mulla mulla.
