West of Port of Spain in Chaguaramus, off the Western Main Road, is a very large boatyard. Shrimp and goat are also available. I bolted mine down quickly both because it was so delicious and because I wanted to wander around and look for birds a bit. What, exactly, is roti? You can click the image above to make it bigger.
