The brewery’s logo is an American White Pelican, a regular in the Beaver State but an incredibly infrequent visitor to Vermont, allaying any concerns about the origins of this East Coast-style beer. As hard as it is to believe, the West Coast IPA has lately become the old guard of American craft brewing.
