OK, it doesn't have a lot to do with "critters" per se, other then the fact that it deals with That One that approves of killing wolves and polar bears. And hey, the title also uses the word vet in TWO different ways that don't mean veterinarian. And it's really really funny.

They had to cancel a big project that would have showcased polar bears and seals. Lanthier, a veterinarian and walrus researcher who took the helm in Calgary two years ago, says the cancellation of the polar bears exhibit might please some animal-rights extremists, but the reality is a blow to Canada's white bears.
