Chef Carmen and her faithful friend, Jeter – a 5 year old white toy poodle (and yes he is a rescue!) – snuggle up before a Rock & Rawhide fundraiser. Their mission is to reduce stress and increase adoptions for dogs and cats in shelters. Cook for around 40-50 minutes. Way to go Chef Carmen! Heat oven to 200°F with two racks.
