For me, the focus on culture and tradition is basically an excuse for "anything goes" when it comes to animals. Are the kids cooking monkey, cat, dog, alligator or turtle? I wonder how much they learn about the animals other cultures eat. (In But I bet anything doesn't go. Any other factories on the agenda?
