The conference was for animal lovers, and it wasn’t just humans present! There were actual animals at the conference too. Dogs, cats, and ferrets, as well as “flat pets” and plush pets that represented real pets that didn’t make the trip. There is so much to share with you, including some fun giveaways.

That’s one reason, probably the biggest reason, why we don’t have centennials for animals that become extinct in the wild. Because if it doesn’t there are no second chances (Black-footed Ferret aside.). Turns out, from what I could find, not particularly ceremonious. Will it work?
