New England Reptile Distributers just released a video explaining a terrible incident involving the FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission). Reptiles that are not treated ethically simply do not make good pets. The man who owned the snakes, Chris Coffee, had legally possessed them for years.

9): The Fish and Wildlife Service is right to propose a ban on the sale of nine large constricting snakes for the pet trade. And all of this trouble and suffering for what? Wild animals belong in the wild, and in their native habitats.
