New England Reptile Distributers just released a video explaining a terrible incident involving the FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission). This is also present in birds & mammals, however it is not fully present in fish & amphibians. This is where I'd like to bring up "anthropomorphic bias."

It is certain, then, that the practice of flesh-eating involves a vast amount of cruelty, a fact which cannot be lessened or evaded by any quibbling subterfuges. I eat chicken, fish, and eggs. I have had no other animal products (no beef, pork, lamb, or turkey, for example) since 1982. I, for example, am a demi-vegetarian.

Nearly 70 percent of all the antibiotics produced are fed to farmed animals to prevent (not treat) disease.
