Any dedicated birder visiting Panama City should first consider the Canopy Tower , one of the most important and beloved birding lodges in the Americas. The food was better than decent, which exceeds our experience of Panamanian cuisine at most other locations. Despite the golf course, this place host all manner of birds and mammals.
