Barb looked like the kind of woman who would own a pit bull or a German shepherd. He was always immaculately groomed with an AKC show cut. I felt so sorry for the poor thing—we had to call our vet out to sedate him—so I decided to take him home as a foster. Fizzle fit easily into the palm of Barb’s broad hand.
