Animal Ethics

The zoo, surely, carries responsibility for deficiencies in its enclosure. In light of this horrible incident, is it right for the zoo to carry on a breeding program that subjects more animals to such unnatural lives? In my opinion, neither Harambe nor the child should ever have been at the zoo. Finally, what of the audience?

I will address two of them in the new year, namely, “Is hunting moral at all?” Perhaps it would be better to move the tigers to that bigger reserve, or maybe a zoo. And therein my quarrel with those that oppose game hunting in Africa. The conservation value of hunting in Africa is a reality.
