Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

My mother recently passed and she has two cats and one of which was her baby is very adoptable. She’s been spayed and her front paws have been declawed (I know that’s not a normal thing now, but back in the day that was fairly normal for people to do that to their cats). I haven’t found any shelters that’s willing to foster.
