The campaign has one unified goal, to increase pet adoption. Luckily, The Shelter Pet Project hopes to change this!

Shon Rahrig : While living in Ohio in 1999, Rahrig allegedly adopted several cats and a puppy from local shelters and tortured them sadistically. His whereabouts are unknown.
