Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

My mother recently passed and she has two cats and one of which was her baby is very adoptable. she’s only been indoors her whole life and she’s not very good with other animals. I’ve reached out to about about a million shelters, all around the Houston area. No one is taking any animals at this time. She’s an older cat.
