The next day we tried mist netting the cave entrance, and the day after I abandoned the project entirely. As if this wasn’t enough, we also managed to see, distantly, a family of White-crowned Hornbills , one of Borneo’s rarest hornbills. A Bat Hawk hunting bats. I think we caught perhaps three bats.
