I was very fortunate to visit the park twice, once in April 2012 and just recently in November 2013, and can fully confirm that the birding is epic. Having said that, it is very important that you are prepared psychologically for the masses. Also, they are pretty, common, allow close approaches, and sing nicely. End of part 1.
