My First West Coast Pelagic Trip

Here in New York we are at quite the disadvantage when it comes to pelagic trips. Where Hawaii, Japan, and Siberia are just an ocean away. I’ve been on a whale-watching trip in Orange County , twice gone out to Santa Cruz Island , and even visited Protection Island off the Olympic Peninsula in Washington.
