I foresee a day, perhaps not far in the future, in which it is illegal to raise cows, pigs, and other animals for food. Some will reduce their consumption of meat for the sake of the animals. Still others will do so because they believe, rightly or wrongly, that vegetarianism (or demi-vegetarianism) is good for human beings.
