They are traditionally pastoral people, but have from necessity accepted agriculture, fishing and crocodile hunting as means of survival. Even more so, was locating a family of Dusky Babblers , these rarely encountered birds occur mostly in inaccessible regions of South Sudan and northern Uganda, and this was my only lifebird of the trip.
