Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

Hello, I hope someone can help me out or point me in the right direction. I’ve reached out to about about a million shelters, all around the Houston area. I haven’t found any shelters that’s willing to foster. I feel like right now. She’s an older cat. She’s about 12 years old. So far no luck.
