Are We Much Better than Michael Vick?

This is an excellent opinion piece in the Philadelphia Inquirer. Is what he did consciously to his pitbulls that much worse than what we do unconsciously to animals every day? This is part of the piece in the Philadelphia Inquirer. Like Vick, most of us shamelessly abuse and kill animals. I think we have it backward.
