Last week, the City of Ghent in Belgium started eating vegetarian one day a week. I honestly believe it will take environmental catastrophe for people to stop eating other species. Okay, Brown Bears here are 90% vegetarians, but I don’t think it would be smart to call them that to their face. Chamois is an agile goat-antelope with short hooked horns, found in mountainous areas of Europe from Spain to the Caucasus. There are more than 1100 plant species, the most valuable being the 76 endemics.
