Environmental groups have called on Obama to get rid of the USDA's Dept. Animals killed also include threatened and endangered species, a number which has steadily increased since 2005. of Wildlife Services , which is involved in mainly predator control programs (coyotes are a big target). Ranchers oppose the move.
