New England Reptile Distributers just released a video explaining a terrible incident involving the FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission). This is also present in birds & mammals, however it is not fully present in fish & amphibians. If the FWC killed 35 tortoises on video, it would be on mainstream news.
