Adobe Animal Hospital Los Altos and Adobe Animal Hospital South Bay have both on-site customer service representatives (CSRs) and off-site video client representatives (VCRs) using the Otto platform. Both Adobe clinics allow these remote staff members to be patched into more than a dozen monitors around the hospital, from the front desk to the examination room and in the back office.

Yesterday there was an older baby bird (it had feathers for flying) in my tree which fell out and I kept it for the night and fed. I recently put it back up in its tree where it flew from branch to branch (it previously did not know how to fly) and it stayed up there for about two hours with its mum until it fell into my neighbours garden, where it’s now just walking around while the mother is stood up on the fence nearby.

I had a doctor's appointment today, and prior to that I had noticed my cat (male, neutered, 4 years old) sniffing around the front door but thought nothing of it. Three hours later, I came back, and there's a whole line of ants running around. I can't figure out what they're running towards, there's no food there. Anyways, I panicked.

I moved into this house about a year ago. 5 or 6 times over the last year I have found decapitated or otherwise "dissassembled" mice or small rats near or under my car. The first time I noticed it, it was actually a rat leg wedged through a bolt hole on my chassis that I noticed hanging under the car. That one was really confusing and concerning because it had to have been shoved through from above.
