The AVMA and the American Psychiatric Association are joining forces in March to call attention to the mental health benefits of having an animal companion. The two organizations are promoting an effort called #Paws4MentalHealth that encourages pet owners to take a break, get up, stretch, and share a picture of their pet with an explanation of how their pet positively impacts their mental health.

I recently found out my cats have a bowel disease and need surgery, I work 2 jobs and have barely enough to cover a portion of the cost. anything would help. Didn’t know if this was the server to put it on.

I was just outside playing some football when i found a wild hare. I could get way too close for it to seem healthy. When i got too close it just started going around in circles slowly. I went back and played for around half an hour and it was at the same place as before. But it seemed blind as it was walking into walls. I wanna know if i should call some wildlife ”protection” or just let it be and possibly die.
