In 2008, over nine billion chickens were slaughtered for Americans to eat. When we eat eggs we eat chicken eggs almost exclusively. Thus, the placement of the House Finch on the State List, for example, does not require that it be evaluated for Establishment within Florida. Americans love chicken.
