It's a city in Florida on our largest lake, Lake Okeechobee. They will spay/neuter, vaccinate, tip ears and microchip , and they do not test. Here's the biggest feral cat I've ever seen, who looks like somebody's house cat. I hadn't realized how enormous eagles are; they dwarf hawks. What the heck is Pahokee, you ask?
